Submit a Case
Please Submit a Case – Online and then ship or bring your media with the case number generated to one of our locations.
After a case is submitted, you will have the option to print a prepaid FedEx label and schedule a pickup within the US and Canada.
Please avoid sending us the entire computer. We only accept the media/drive/device that contains the data. If you need help taking the media/drive out of a machine, please feel free to stop by in one of our central labs or request assistance from a local technician.
